This sumptuous champagne can be paired with a farm Ossau-Iraty, a Brin d’Amour matured by the shop, an ewe’s cheese smoked with myrtle wood, the Fiore Sardo, and, last but not least, a very rare marbled Savoyard goat’s cheese from La Vallée de la Tarentaise.
